{☆ Commission Rules ☆}
✧ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
✧ My artwork is not permitted to be used for AI, NFT, crypto, any future inventions, or anything in-between.
✧ Upfront payments are preferred, but I can also do 50/50 at the start and end of the commission.
✧ I require credit for any repost of my work.
✧ You may not copy or trace my work in any way unless expressly given permission.
✧ When commissioning me, you agree to provide me the following information:
- Social Media Handles for proper crediting of commissioned work.
✧ A commission can take me from 2 weeks to over a month. It all depends on my motivation and IRL situation.
✧ If your commission gets delayed, I will inform you ASAP.
✧ If you need your commission to be made by a certain date, you must state so when commissioning me.
✧ You are allowed to make changes during the sketch phase, up to a maximum of 10 requests. (Unless stated otherwise by myself.)
✧ You are allowed to ask about the status of your commission, as long as it isn't too frequent/pushy.
✧ Please be patient and understanding, I struggle at times to understand tone through text as well as vague ideas.

✧ By purchasing something from me, you accept my TOS.✧ I accept payment through Cashapp and Ko-fi!✧ Credit must be given if you post my art anywhere.✧ Once you have purchased an adopt from me, you are free to do whatever you want with it, all I ask is that you credit me as the creator of the adopt! By purchasing an adopt or commission from me, you agree that you're not going to receive anything physical; you'll be receiving neither a package through mail nor a tracking number.{☆ Payment ☆}
I currently accept payments through Cash App and Ko-fi, and I only accept USD. Payment price will be as discussed per each individual's adopt or commission, be it a pre-set price or a flexible price.{☆ Discounts ☆}
I do not offer discounts, if you beg for discounts or for the price of a commission, adoptable, etc. to be lowered, you will be blocked.{☆ Refunds ☆}
Refunds are allowed if I haven't sent you the sketch for your approval. After I've sent it, if you answered me or not, I will only offer partial refunds. However, if for any reason I am unable to finish your piece, I will refund you the full value; alongside providing whatever work is finished. Anyone who asks for a chargeback knowing that the art was, is, or will be made will be blacklisted from my commissions/adopts.{☆ Copyrights ☆}
I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, which include but are not limited to displaying or advertising the work on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels, and more. If you wish for me not to post it or to wait to post it, please contact me privately.
Editing, using as banners, profile pictures, etc. is allowed, but it requires that you give credit to me.
I don't feel comfortable with the commercial use of my art. I'm neither a professional nor have any proper art education. That's for the pros, not me just yet.
